Permissions Requirement
Dashboard requires you to have ADMINISTRATOR
permission in order to configure settings.
# How Do I Access the dashboard?
- Its simple! Navigate to https://discortics.ga (opens new window)
- Click on
LOGIN
orDASHBOARD
in the top-bar. - You will be redirected to Discords Authorisation Page. Click
Authorize
. In a few seconds, you'll be able to select your servers and proceed further.
# Why does it say ERROR 403: Authorisation Required?
By default, most of the browsers disable cross-site
/third-party
cookies. Unfortunately, we rely on them (won't be an issue once we hire a developer to rewrite the dashboard in React.js).
Here are the solutions:
# PC
# Chrome
- Select the Chrome menu icon
- Select Settings.
- Near the bottom of the page, select Show advanced settings.
- In the
Privacy
section, select Content settings. - Select Allow local data to be set (recommended).
- Select Done
# Internet Explorer
- Click Start > Control Panel. (Note: with Windows XP Classic View, click the Windows Start button > Settings > Control Panel). Double-click the Internet Options icon.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click the Advanced button.
- Select the option
Override automatic cookie handling
under the Cookies section in the Advanced Privacy Settings window. - Select the
Accept
orPrompt
option underFirst-party Cookies.
- Select the
Accept
orPrompt
option underThird-party Cookies.
(Note: if you select thePrompt
option, you’ll be prompted to click OK every time a website attempts to send you a cookie.) - In the Internet Options window, click OK to exit.

- Click Tools > Options.
- Click Privacy in the top panel.
- (For version 1.x or below, click the Cookies tab) Select the checkbox labeled
Accept cookies from sites.
- (Version 3.x or Higher) Select the checkbox labeled
Accept third-party cookies.
- Click OK.
# Edge
- In the top right corner, select the ellipses ... and then select Settings
- A pop out menu will appear from the right, select Privacy & Security
- In the Cookies dropdown, make sure that
Don't block cookies
is selected
# Brave
- Click on the Menu icon in the top right, and go to Settings
- Select Additional settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Select
Allow All Cookies
# Opera
- In the left panel, click on the Settings gear con.
- Select Site Settings, then click on
Cookies and site data
. - Ensure the toggle switch to
Allow sites to save and read cookie data
(recommended) is enabled.
# Mac
# Chrome
- Open Chrome preferences click on Settings, then Show Advanced Settings.
- Under Privacy, click on Content Settings.
- Make sure
Block third-party cookies and site data
is not checked
# Safari
- Go to the Safari drop-down menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Privacy in the top panel.
- Under
Block cookies
select the optionNever.
- For increased security, once you have finished using the site, please change the Privacy setting back to Always.
# Firefox
- Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Privacy.
- Under Cookies, select the option

- On your Android device, open the Chrome app.
- At the top right, tap More More and then Settings.
- Tap Site settings and then Cookies.
- Next to

, switch the setting on. - To allow third-party cookies, check the box next to
Allow third-party cookies.

- Tap on the
